I've had a look at your site, but PayPal doesn't even show up every bit an option for that. Could you enable PayPal again and enable debug logging equally well? Delight don't share that log study here as it might contain individual information from your customers. However, WooCommerce > Status > Logs, yous'll be able to observe some info that is sent to PayPal and what is sent back, this might give information on what is going wrong.
