Click Network on Taskbar and the Menu Comes Up Then Disappears and Then Will Not Come Up Again

I would suggest you refer to the below options and check if it helps to resolve the outcome. The options are listed in order, and then start with the first i, see if that helps, and and then continue to the adjacent one if information technology doesn't.

Option 1. Restart Windows Explorer.

2. On the Details tab, right-click explorer.exe and select Finish task.

Selection 3. Re-register Start Menu and Settings in Windows x.

1. Printing Windows key + R.
2. Type msconfig.exe and printing enter.
3. Click the Services tab.
4. Tick Hibernate all Microsoft services and click Disable all.
5. Click Use and OK.
6. Restart the PC.
7. When it is booted up, right-click Starting time Menu and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
8. Copy-paste the following commands and press enter.

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

9. Press Windows key + R.
10. Type msconfig.exe and printing enter.
eleven. Click the Services tab.
12. Tick Hibernate all Microsoft services and click Enable all.
thirteen. Click Use and OK.
14.Restart the PC.

Thank you so much for your speedy reply!

I tried all iii options similar y'all said, and nothing seems to exist working! Don't suppose you have any other suggeestions?

In Option iii - when I ran the Windows Beat out command (copied and pasted) - it said an error message simply I couldn't seem to screenshot it as the image wouldn't open in the snipping tool.

I don't know whether something has happened with an update? Because I can't see any way I've acquired this.
